SI 2024/1243. The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Turnover and Control) Regulations 2024. Comes into force 1st January 2025. These Regulations state how turnover is to be calculated for the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (A 2024 c. 13) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (A 2015 c. 15).
