SI 2024/1160. The Vehicle Drivers (Certificates of Professional Competence) (Amendment) Regulations 2024. Comes into force 3rd December. These Regulations amend The Vehicle Drivers (Certificates of Professional Competence) Regulations 2007 (SI 2007/605). The amendments revoke and replace Regulations 6, 7, 9, 12, 13 and 14. Amendments are also made to Regulations 10,11 and 25.
