These Regulations amend The Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/2014). Regulation 4 is amended to allow different bases to be used for the calculation of a supplier’s daily contribution to the CFD counterparty. Regulation 7 expands the list of matters that the CFD counterparty must have regard to.
