SI 2023/63

SI 2023/63. The Control of Explosives Precursors and Poisons Regulations 2023.  Comes into force 1^st October. These Regulations cover the supply of regulated and reportable substances controlled by The Poisons Act 1972. They impose various requirements on persons who supply such substances or regulated explosives precursors or who operate an online marketplace for such substances. They also make amendments to Schedule 1A, the list of regulated and reportable substances, to The Poisons Act.
