SI 2023/396. The Higher-Risk Buildings (Key Building Information etc.) (England) Regulations 2023.  Comes into force 6^th April.  These Regulations define ‘key building information’ in respect of higher-risk buildings, cover the requirements for submitting key building information and set out how to determine for which parts of a higher-risk building an accountable person is responsible under Part 4 of the Building Safety Act 2022.
