The Building Safety Act 2022 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2023.  Comes into force on 1^st April; sections 5, 6, 8, 9(3), 47, 55, 133 and parts of Schedule 5. Comes into force 6^th April; sections 12 to 16, 20, 22 to 25, 27, 29, 32 to 39, 42, 44, 46, 49 to 53, 71 to 78, 107 to 110, 112, 114, 142 and 145. 1^st October section 156.
