SI 2023/1143. The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Revocation and Sunset Disapplication) Regulations 2023.  Comes into force 26^th October.   Subordinate and retained direct EU legislation listed in Schedule 1 will no longer be revoked on 31^st December.  Schedule 2 adds additional subordinate and retained direct EU legislation which will be revoked on that date. It should be noted that none of the items of legislation listed in our October news letter are included in Schedule 1.  There are no items of legislation in Schedule 2 relevant to Simplifi’s data base.
