SI 2022/561. The Building Safety Act 2022 (Commencement No. 1, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2022. Provisions coming into force on 28th June are Section 2(2) and Schedule 1, Sections 3, 17, 18, 31, 41, 55, 57, 130, 131 and 132. Provisions coming into force on 28th July are Section 48. Provisions coming into force on 1st October are Section 160.
