SI 2022/1266

SI 2022/1266. The Environment Act 2021 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2022.  Comes into force 1^st January. The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1st January 2023:

1. section 102 (general duty to conserve and enhance biodiversity);
2. section 103 (biodiversity reports);
3. section 114 (controlling the felling of trees in England);
4. (Schedule 16 (controlling the felling of trees in England).
