SI 2021/798.  The Infrastructure Planning (Prescribed Consultees and Interested Parties etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.  Coming into force 1st October. These Regulations amend

• SI 2009/2264 The Infrastructure Planning (Applications: Prescribed Forms and Procedure) Regulations 2009
• SI 2010/104. The Infrastructure Planning (Compulsory Acquisition) Regulations 2010
• SI 2011/2005. The Infrastructure Planning (Changes to, and Revocation of, Development Consent Orders) Regulations 2011
• SI 2015/462. The Infrastructure Planning (Interested Parties and Miscellaneous Prescribed Provisions) Regulations 2015

by changing references to Public Health England, in lists of bodies contained in the above Regulations, to the United Kingdom Health Security Agency.
