SI 2021/741. The Pollution Prevention and Control (Fees) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2021.  Comes into force 23^rd June.  Amends the hourly rate for specialist officers from £190 to £197 and for non-specialist officers from £101 to £108 in:

• SI 2001/1754. Offshore Petroleum Activities (Conservation of Habitats) Regulations 2001
• SI 2015/385. Offshore Petroleum Licensing (Offshore Safety Directive) Regulations 2015.
• SI 2015/1431. Pollution Prevention and Control (Fees) (Miscellaneous Amendments and Other Provisions) Regulations 2015
• SI 2020/1497. Offshore Oil and Gas Exploration, Production, Unloading and Storage (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2020
