SI 2021/623.  The Plant Health etc. (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2021.  Comes into force 27^th May. Makes minor textural amendments to:

• SI 2015/350.  The Plant Health (Fees) (Forestry) (England and Scotland) Regulations 2015.  Amendments are the definition of “professional operator” and, for a limited period, the fee specified in Schedule 4A is not payable in respect of a consignment to be transported to Northern Ireland
• SI 2018/289.  The Plant Health etc. (Fees) (England) Regulations 2018. Amendments are the definition of “professional operator” and, for a limited period, the fee specified in Schedule 4A is not payable in respect of a consignment to be transported to Northern Ireland
