SI 2020/500.  The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2020.  Coming into force 13^th May. These Regulations amend the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/350). Regulation 5 is amended to clarify the circumstances in which hotels may provide accommodation to “key workers”. Regulation 6 is amended to increase the range and types of exercise permitted. Garden centres and outdoor sports courts are added to the list of businesses which may remain open by an amendment to Schedule 2.
