SI 2020/1647

SI 2020/1647. The Hazardous Substances and Packaging (Legislative Functions and Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.  Coming into force immediately before IP completion day.   These Regulations amend SI 2012/3032 The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012 and SI 2015/1640 Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 2015.  New schedules are added to SI 2012/3032 listing of exempted applications.  The other amendments are concerned with the implementation of the Regulations in Northern Ireland following Brexit.
