SI 2020/1358.  The Persistent Organic Pollutants (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020. Comes into force immediately before IP completion day. These Regulations amend SI 2007/3106 The Persistent Organic Pollutants Regulations 2007.  The make very minor amendments to Regulation 3 – “The competent authority is also the enforcement authority” – and Regulation 4 – “Duties on the United Kingdom in respect of Northern Ireland in Regulation (EU) 2019/1021”.
