SI 2020/1313.  The Environment (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.  Comes into force on IP day. Makes very minor amendments to SI 2010/1001 Air Quality Standards Regulations 2010; change of date by which limit value for PM_2.5 is to be met, to SI 2018/129 National Emission Ceilings Regulations 2018; for “49%” substitute “46%”and to SI 2019/758 The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019; change from “Exit Day” to “IP completion day”.
