SI 2019/1517. The Official Controls (Plant Health and Genetically Modified Organisms) (England) Regulations 2019. Comes into force 14th January. These Regulations give effect to EU Regulations covering protective measures against pests of plants and on controls and other activities covering the application of food and feed law and, rules on animal health and welfare, plant health and plant protection products.
