SI 2018/695

The Town and Country Planning and Infrastructure Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.  Comes into force 1^st October. These Regulations make minor amendments to the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/571), the Infrastructure Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulation 2017 (S.I. 2017/572), the Town and Country, the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (S.I. 2015/596) and the Town and Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/403).
