The Offshore Petroleum Production and Pipe-lines (Environmental Impact Assessment and other Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2017.  Comes into force 16^th May.

• Part 1 contains amendments to the Offshore Petroleum Production and Pipe-lines (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1999 (SI 1999/ 360)
• Part 2 contains amendments to the Public Gas Transporter Pipe-line Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 1999 (SI 1999/1672)
• Part 3 contains amendments to the Pipe-line Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000/1928)
• Part 4 sets out miscellaneous amendments of other legislation.
