The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2017. Comes into force 27th December. These regulations amend The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/3038). The amendments are minor substitutions to the text in paragraphs 35(4), 42A(2), 54(7)(b) and in Schedule 4.
