The Environmental Offences (Fixed Penalties) (England) Regulations 2017.  Comes into force 1^st April 2018. These Regulation replace the Environmental Offences (Fixed Penalties) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2007 (SI 2007/175) as amended. The Regulations set fixed penalties for aspects such as nuisance from audible intruder alarms, waste receptacles and noise from commercial premises and litter, distribution of printed matter, graffiti and fly posting, abandoning vehicles, transporting waste and duty of care for waste. .
