SI 2015/1869. The Single Common Market Organisation (Emergency Aid for Milk Producers) Regulations 2015. Comes into force 16th November.
These Regulations make provision for the implementation of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/1853 providing for temporary exceptional aid to farmers in the livestock sectors.
