RI 2023/104. Waste Management (Collection Permit) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2023. These Regulations revoke RI 2023/63. Waste Management (Collection Permit) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and amend RI 2007/820 Waste Management (Collection Permit) Regulations 2007. Comes into force 7^th March. The principal amendments are the introduction of incentivised charging for commercial customers, the provision of specified waste bins to all commercial customers, the weighing of each collection of commercial waste and the inclusion of soft plastics on the list of recyclable materials.
