RI 2021/106.  European Union (Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations 2021. Regulation published 9^th March. These Regulations are made to give effect to the provisions of Commission Delegated Directives (EU) 2020/360, (EU) 2020/361, (EU) 2020/365 and (EU) 2020/366  amending, the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
