Republic of Ireland European Union (Marketing and Use of Explosives Precursors) Regulation 2026. 

RI 2026/66. European Union (Marketing and Use of Explosives Precursors) Regulation 2026.  Regulations come into force 6^th March. The Regulations cover offenses concerning regulated explosives precursors.  These include the making available, introduction, possession and use of restricted explosives precursor, the failure to inform a supply chain of such precursors, the failure to carry out verification upon sale and the failure to report suspicious transactions. An Garda Síochána is designated as the national contact point.
