EU 2025/2509. Regulation (EU) 2025/2509 on the safety of toys. Regulation published on 16th November. This Regulation lays down rules on the safety of toys in order to ensure a high level of protection of the health and safety of children and other persons, taking due account of the precautionary principle, and rules on the free movement of toys in the EU.
