November 2022 newsletter

In our November newsletter we report on two items of new UK legislation, six amendments and a commencement. There is no relevant legislation published for the Republic of Ireland, but there is one item of EU legislation. We note four consultations and two news items which may be of interest.  Finally there are two prosecutions which may provide some learning.
