SI 2023/31. The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Commencement No. 5) Regulations 2026. Comes into force on February 6th.  Section 138 of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (A 2025 c.18);  creating, or requesting the creation of, purported intimate image of adult.

EU 2026/78. Regulation (EU) 2026/78 amends Annexes II, III, IV and V to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on the use in cosmetic products of certain substances classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction.  Comes into force 1st May 2026.
