MCA consultation on prevention of pollution from merchant shipping

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency is consulting on changes to two sets of regulations concerning the prevention of pollution from merchant shipping.   These are the Merchant Shipping (prevention of pollution by garbage from ships) Regulations 2020 https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/consultation-on-the-draft-merchant-shipping-prevention-of-pollution-by-garbage-from-ships-regulations-2020 and the Merchant Shipping (prevention of pollution by sewage from ships) Regulations 2020 https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/consultation-on-the-draft-merchant-shipping-prevention-of-pollution-by-sewage-from-ships-regulations-2020. Both consultations close on 30^th March.
