MCA consult on new merchant shipping safety regulations

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency is consulting on the Merchant Shipping (Safety Measures for Ships carrying Industrial Personnel and Special Personnel) Regulations 2025. Consultation published on 6^th December, closes 17^th February 2025. This new statutory instrument which will implement SOLAS Chapter XV – Safety measures for ships carrying industrial personnel.
