MAIB report following fatality off a single handed fishing boat.

The Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB) has issued a report following investigation into a fatal man overboard from the single-handed creel fishing vessel east of Torness Point, Scotland. https://www.gov.uk/maib-reports/person-overboard-from-single-handed-creel-fishing-vessel-saint-peter-with-loss-of-1-life  Key recommendations are that operators of such vessels should consider emergency measures such as the rigging of a man overboard ladder, and the wearing of personal locator beacons.
