RI 2018/296. European Union (Planning and Development) (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2018. Comes into force 1^st September.  These Regulations transpose into Irish law the provisions of Directive 2014/52/EU on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment by amending the Planning and Development Act 2000, the Planning and Development (Housing) and Residential Tenancies Act 2016 , the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2018 and the Planning and Development Regulations 2001.
