EA consultation on charges for greenhouse gas emissions

The Environment Agency is consulting on changes to charges for UK ETS customers, as well as customers of the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA), and charges for the UK’s Kyoto Protocol national registry (the national registry).
