Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy consultations

The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) is consulting on proposed regulatory changes to remove  potential advantages in the Capacity Market, along with a number of technical changes. The method by which Capacity Market costs are recouped has the potential to give an unfair advantage to small embedded generation including diesel.
