DEFRA consultation on draft Clean Air Zone Framework,

The Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) is consulting on the draft Clean Air Zone Framework, which sets out how Clean Air Zones should be implemented, and on the draft regulation mandating the implementation of Clean Air Zones in Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham, Derby and Southampton along with the associated impact assessment.
