Consultation on towing offshore floating structures

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA)  has published a second consultation on a new Marine Guidance Note (MGN) on towing offshore floating structures. Consultation published 20^th January and closes 28^th February.  The draft MGN provides information for obtaining the necessary MCA approvals for towing floating and partially submerged structures such as for use in the offshore renewable energy and aquaculture industries.
