April news letter

Dear Simplifi User,

In our April 2022 newsletter we report on four amendments to UK legislation; energy, greenhouse gasses, emissions performance and vehicle safety and one amendment to Scottish legislation.  We also report on one amendment to Republic of Ireland legislation and three amendments to EU Regulations. The Building Safety Bill is close to completing its passage through Parliament.  There are three new consultations on waste, air quality and carbon capture.  There are four items in the news which we trust may be of interest and two prosecutions of note.
