RI 2025/648. The Planning and Development Act (Exempted Development (Act of 2000)) Regulations 2025. Legislation published 7th January 2026. Article 10 of Planning and Development Regulations, 2001(RI 2001/600) is amended by extending the date of the end of the “relevant period” from 31st December 2025 to 31st December 2028.
