EU 2026/78. Regulation (EU) 2026/78 amends Annexes II, III, IV and V to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on the use in cosmetic products of certain substances classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction. Comes into force 1st May 2026.
