 The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017. Comes into force 30^th November. These Regulations consolidate the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/490), with amendments, and make minor modifications reflecting changes to related legislation. They also implement aspects of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (c. 23). These Regulations transpose Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora.
