3rd edition of PPE Regulations published

HSE has published the third edition of the Guide to the PPE Regulations. Changes to the guidance since the last edition:
i) It has been updated to clarify the requirement after the repeal of the Construction (Head Protection) Regulations 1989
ii) It details changes to the provisions for head protection for turban wearing Sikhs following an amendment to the Employment Act 1989
iii) It details changes required due to an amendment to Section 3(2) of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 relating to self-employed persons.
