Consultation on changes to planning law

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government is consulting on reforms to the National Planning Policy Framework and other changes to the planning system.  Consultation published 30^th July and closes 24^th September.  This consultation seeks views on the proposed approach to revising the National Planning Policy Framework in order to achieve sustainable growth in the planning system.
